The Company

My Client is an established is a leading main contractor specialising in turnkey solutions for industrial, build-to-rent, student accommodation and civil engineering projects.
They have a friendly and personable team, have been trading many years and have low staff attrition.
The Successful candidate will be reporting to the Civils & Infrastructure Managing Planner, the candidate will be responsible for a varied workload of tender and live projects. My client’s projects vary in value from £10m to in excess of £100m and are across a range of disciplines including, Highways, Earthworks, Drainage, Structures, Rail for both Private and Public Clients.

The Role

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

o Updating contract programmes for Client submission
o Monitoring Progress and reporting to the site team
o Production of Programme reports for progress meetings
o Production of weekly site programmes
o Production of change programmes for Contract variations
o Production of Mitigation Programmes and Reports
o Explaining programme changes to Internal and External parties

The Candidate

Will have previous Civil Engineering Site Exposure and a good understanding of Asta Power project and P6
Appropriate ONC/HNC/HND/Degree qualification in Construction / Civil Engineering
Knowledge of program planning sequencing and updates
Understanding of Pre-construction design and procurement processes
This role will be primarily based in Midlands, Occasional travel to different sites.
