Leader, Talent Acquisition- KCNA and RPO

The Sr. Manager of Recruiting serves as a leader within the KC HumanResources TA organization. This role is responsible for leading a team of recruiters and a team lead.

Specifically, this role will:

Manage a team of recruiting professionals, overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the Recruitment Team, leading and driving new processes and systems. Delivering on strategic initiatives, driving the requisition portfolio in the region and globally as well as leading the regional Talent Acquisition Team. Managing customers’ expectations and dealing with customers on all levels within the organization.

Drives for enterprise-wide impact beyond TA, acting as a labor market expert, bringing outside in, always keeping an eye on innovation. We expect you to be a leader with excellent communication and influencing skills to drive operational excellence and great results

Examples of interactions include:

• Member of the TA Management Team: representing the team’s interest in the strategic direction of Talent Acquisition and ensuring successful implementation of strategy by- and within the team
• Execute a cross-functional and business regional recruiting strategy that positions Kimberly Clark to attract the best available human capital in support of the business objectives
• Oversee & create an organization and processes that are designed to deliver best in class practices in overall recruiting, contract staffing, relocation, and outplacement
• Partnership with all 3rd party vendors to drive effectiveness and consistency.

Scope: TA Business Partner for the leaders: Approx KCNA 496 White Collar and 100% RPO WC/BC Approx 2100 Total

Operational & Customer Management:

• Measure performance of recruiting team to insure appropriate service

delivery to the customers, and to continually drive improvement

• Manage and coach direct reports. Set targets for team members, monitor progress & coach on performance
• Partner with Regional Director of Operations to analyze data outcomes to drive for operational excellence.

Continuous Improvement:

• Constantly show customer and candidate-centric behavior and always communicate in a clear and timely manner
• Work actively together with other departments within KC and Talent Acquisition

• Managing team metrics such as Time to Fill, Customer Satisfaction surveys, NPS (Hiring managers and candidates)
• Act as one TA face towards internal customers. Coordinates all facets of TA (Recruitment, Ops, RM, Sourcing) to provide seamless TA solutions for our customers

In addition to building strong work relationships internally, this person will also be responsible for driving a delivery model that allows for an exceptional candidate experience leaving the KC consumer with a positive impression of KC regardless of the hiring decision.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of business experience required in recruiting, including the management of a recruiting function as a sole responsibility.
• Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.

• Work actively together with other departments within KC and Talent Acquisition

• Managing team metrics such as Time to Fill, Customer Satisfaction surveys, NPS (Hiring managers and candidates)
• Act as one TA face towards internal customers. Coordinates all facets of TA (Recruitment, Ops, RM, Sourcing) to provide seamless TA solutions for our customers
• Experience leading or recruiting in the campus recruitment space.
