Job Description
Global B2B Digital Technology Systems (DTS) is a dynamic, innovative team of multi-dimensional professionals who deeply understand how to generate business value through results-driven services delivery for K-C’s business stakeholders. As part of this team, the Global B2B RGM Business Partner will be a major influencer of product vision and strategy. Specific accountabilities are not limited to but will include driving capability growth around Quotes, Contracts, Pricing, Chargebacks/Claims, and Incentives with a focus on leveraging data and analytics (first data centric approach). Success is measured by the ability to incubate and plan with the business leaders and getting the delivery of configurable, scalable, and extensible digital solutions that drive business outcome value.
Key Interfaces:
Global B2B RGM business leader and regional stakeholders, delivery engine and data & analytics teams and external delivery partners and software vendors.
Key Accountabilities:
• Strong Relationships: Establish trusted relationships with Global RGM stakeholders and being a connected, influential player with RGM Global Leadership.
• Entrepreneur Mindset: Act as an entrepreneur, performing market and competitive analysis to inform RGM innovation. Actively guide and inspire the Global B2B RGM team around the vision and feature priorities for the Global B2B. Ensure that this vision is integrated into the overall Global RGM vision.
• Product Vision/Strategy & Business Outcomes: Partner with Global B2B RGM stakeholders to understand needs/requirements to be included in Global RGM Product roadmaps, including business case and outcome delivery.
• Effective Execution: Works closely with development teams and/or guide delivery teams to implement Global B2B RGM backlog and programs, understands implications of global solutions. Provides oversight to project execution and leads Steerco meetings.
• Measure Outcome: change agent, ensures solutions are adopted effectively, measuring business outcome delivered against planned target and adjust solution/process when required.
• First Data Centric Approach: Drive in collaboration with RGM leadership a first data centric approach to running the business, leveraging models and algorithms that are embedded into business processes. Ensure continuous evolution of RGM data lake in support of business needs, focusing on data quality, data consistency and in-time data.
• Digital by Design: Act as a business RGM technologist bringing ideas and solutions to leverage digital capabilities like AI-ML, UX, APIs/services, RPA, platforms, and eco-systems.
• Security by Design: Understanding of cyber risks, K-C security posture, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance to K-C IT security and controls framework.
• Customer Satisfaction: Perform customer follow-up and maintain healthy customer satisfaction scores.
• Executive Communication: Engage and motivate stakeholder and delivery teams with effective communication to promote a high performing, agile and focused team environment.
Required Qualifications and Experiences:
• B.A. or B.S. in Information Technology, Business Discipline, or related field.
• Proven experience in in B2B with relevant functional business and process expertise appropriate to the role
• 7-10 Experience with leading Global RGM Strategy development, including visioning, road mapping, outcome definition, feature prioritization and go to market strategy.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels.
• Ideal candidate must have experience in RGM with focus in RGM processes and technologies like Salesforce, CPG, SAP, SAP Vistex/V4, MS Azure services and Snowflake.
• Proven experience in applying digital enablers (AI-ML, APIs, RPA, UX, etc.) to accelerate RGM deliverables.
• Ability to inspire teams to act as jointly as one team, business and DTS.
• Proven experience in Agile and Product teams.
• Proven delivery experience.
• Experience in systems integration.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting delivery teams.
