Kimberly Allen Bookkeeping, LLC Hiring for Accounting Clerk Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a Dext and QuickBooks Online rockstar to join our rapidly growing Firm. Qualified candidates will bring solid accounting skills and experience with QuickBooks Online and Dext.

This position will be 10-15 hours total every week on Thursdays and Fridays, and an additional 10-15 hours during the first two weeks of the beginning of every month for reconciling.

Job Description: This position will post transactions weekly for clients in QuickBooks Online using information from Dext and perform balance sheet reconciliations.

Minimum Education Required

• Associates degree in accounting or related field

Minimum Experience Required

• 2 years of bookkeeping
• Dext experience

Compensation: A competitive salary will be commensurate with experience. $15 – $20
