Seasonal Administrative Assistant – Family Paradise, Walton, ON

April to November

Killam is focused on maximizing its value and long-term profitability through increasing earnings, expanding the portfolio through acquisitions and developing high-quality properties in its core markets.

We are looking for energetic and customer focused Seasonal Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis for the season at Family Paradise Seasonal Resort.

Responsibilities :

• Present a positive, energetic attitude with a desire to please guests and motivate staff;

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer complaints are tended to with a sense of urgency to achieve full satisfaction;

• Assist with overall operation of the store and office;

• Assist with hiring of store team, training, scheduling and ensure all team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures;

• Assist in checking inventory and ordering supplies;

• Regularly assist with site and washroom cleaning;

• Assist with organizing and preparing for events and activities;

• Must be available to work two weekends a month.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience;

• Excellent organizational skills;

• Basic computer skills;

• Previous account payable and receivable experience required;

• Ability to work well in a team and individually;

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
