KGF has a NEW and exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist within our Operations Team.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This new opportunity we are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with our end to end recruitment within our Production | Operations Team at Kilcoy. This will include:

• Creating and posting job ads
• Telephone screening of applicants
• Arranging interviews
• Conduct reference checks | immigration checks
• Coordinating the onboarding process
• Facilitate and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment experience for roles the plant
• Maintaining the company’s online application system (Scout Talent)
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and provide TA advise across the operations and within the HR Team

ABOUT YOU
You will have experience delivering a high-volume, end to end recruitment process, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. You will also bring:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A willing and friendly attitude with a real focus on providing a high level of customer service
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and balance competing demands
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
