Graduate Program | 2023

What you’ll do

Our two-year program is designed to develop both your technical and behavioural capabilities and prepare you to excel as the future leaders of Kilcoy Global Foods.

The program consists of four rotations where you will have the opportunity to work across multiple business units, across multiple business sites on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

We are also looking for Graduates in Kyneton, Victoria at Hardwick’s.

Our Graduate placements offer rotations in areas such as:

• Sales
• Marketing
• Livestock
• Planning & Procurement
• Food Solutions
• Finance

What we’re looking for?

You will have full completion of an undergraduate degree in any of the following disciplines:

• Agriculture
• Accounting
• International Business

To be eligible for the 2023 Graduate Program you must have:

• Australian or New Zealand permanent residency or citizenship, or hold valid working rights status prior to commencing, and for the duration of the two-year Graduate Program
• Minimum ‘pass’ grade of degree qualification
• Willing to relocate yourself to the Sunshine Coast, Qld OR Kyneton, Vic
