POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the growth of KIK Consumer Products, working directly with internal hiring managers and stakeholders. This person will build strong internal relationships with leadership, staying current in changes to the organization, culture, and talent needs. We are looking for a passionate and energetic business partner to help evolve and elevate our Talent Acquisition function. Essential Job Functions

• Determines applicant requirements by understanding job description and job qualifications through strategic intake calls with hiring managers
• Determines applicant qualifications by screening applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Responsible for ensuring consistency in recruiting process, meeting recruiting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ability to keep up to date on recruiting trends with the courage to test and measure new practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in full cycle recruiting (including sourcing), managing a requisition load of 15-20 exempt/salaried roles
• Experience working in a manufacturing based business environment preferred
• Prior experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) (iCIMS and/or Oracle Cloud Recruiting a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to listen proactively, ask the right questions and clarify needs of the hiring manager and candidate
• Results driven with a high sense of urgency
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Positivity, adaptability and teamwork (Work smart & have FUN!)
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
• Experience in compensation and general legal/HR Compliance requirements as related to hiring
