Requirements:
Must be able to travel to Waterloo Region.

Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites.

Valid Driver’s License.

Previous experience in construction, manufacturing or outdoor environment.

Knowledge of grades, levels and trenching

Previous construction experience

Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities.

Ability to recognize, communicate and eliminate hazards.

Responsibilities:
Work with hand tools, dig holes, expose utilities.

Use a laser, read drawings interpret field survey

Handle materials, assist in preparing crew, use equipment.

Ability to read and understand locates

Inspects and maintains the equipment daily

Complies with Company Safety Program.

Organization of project details, locates, performance objectives.

Communication of any discrepancy.

Ability to plan ahead.

Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday.

Overtime.

Weekend availability.

Ability to work 10-14hours a day.

Work Location: Mostly Waterloo Region some travel in Southern Ontario.
