Job Title: Recruitment Assistant Apprentice

We are now recruiting for a Recruitment Assistant Apprentice to join our team in Rushden to support our in-house recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for the management of the recruitment system where you can expect to raise vacancies, advertise positions, filter CVs, and create offers. Acting as a first point of contact for candidate queries you will maintain the team inboxes and schedule interviews with candidates, providing an excellent level of customer service.

Alongside the role you’ll study for a Level 3 Recruitment Consultant qualification, providing you will all the skills and knowledge to excel in a recruitment environment.

What do we need from you?

We’re looking for someone who has a passion, dedication, and interest in recruitment. To be successful in the role you’ll have excellent customer service skills, be able to build and maintain strong relationships at Kier and with external stakeholders. With proven skills in working within a team, you’ll have strong problem-solving skills all whilst being able to keep organised. Previous experience in using Microsoft Office packages (Excel/Teams/Outlook) is also desirable.
