Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an HR Systems Trainer who will report to the HR Systems Training Manager. In this role you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and improving the suite of HR Oracle E-Business training materials and other relevant systems training materials, as well as being responsible for delivering online or face to face training as required. The training materials need to be able to be delivered within the business through a variety of mediums including on-line training; face to face and train the trainer programmes and will be used to support a range of end users – from the induction of new employees to senior users with complex and advanced training needs. You will be required to create and manage engaging and graphical online learning, catering to all learning types.
What are we looking for?
You will need to have come from a training/teaching background and have knowledge of MS Office applications – advanced Excel included, with excellent general IT skills. Experience of delivering training both online and face to face ‘traditional’ training with experience of HR systems and ERP training including training client and data preparation would be ideal. If you are practiced at assessing training/teaching needs, developing and delivering training programmes across a range of media and knowledge in the development and management of E-learning materials then it would be great to hear from you!
