We are now recruiting for a Finance Graduate to join our Kier Group Services team in Rushden.

Kier Group Services (KGS) consists of all the support functions that help keep Kier running. These are a wide variety of teams across the business including our HR, Finance, Marketing, Fleet, IT and many more. Working in construction doesn’t always mean wearing hi-vis jackets and hard hats!

Key Responsibilities

As a finance graduate, you’ll work alongside, and be mentored by, strategic and operational finance professionals across each business, touching areas such as financial planning, analysis, and business strategy to accounting, tax and treasury. In addition to learning essential Finance skills, you will develop key business skills including leadership, project management and support in achieving CIMA qualification in order to become a well-rounded Finance professional.

For this role you’ll also have to have completed, or due to complete your degree by September 2023.
