Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the Talent Acquisition function across the OSCH business and play a key role in supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from Advertising to Offer and Onboarding.
• Ensure relevant data is captured and maintained on our ATS, JobAdder.
• Explore proactive sourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and provide advice on recruitment processes, market insights and talent initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across process and procedure, identifying opportunities to improve talent sourcing strategies in a competitive market.

To Be Successful

• Experience in a Talent Acquisition role, ideally within a competitive environment. Alternatively, experience in a Child Care environment supported by a passion for people and recruitment.
• Proactive and Results focus, with the ability to influence positive outcomes.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing environment.
