We are currently recruiting for our Corporate office location: 11438 Braeside Dr SW

Essentials duties include, but are not limited to:
The individual in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others. Including the company, its management, the team and the customers

You are responsible to work with all customers and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers

Works in partnership with campus leadership to schedule parent tours, information sessions, other required communication

Must maintain our Customer Relations Management (CRM) system and keep it updated, accurate, and clean

Partner with the system development team to streamline workflow requirements that are user friendly and reflect the needs of the business

Answering phones and relay telephone calls and messages, book tours, explain programs, schedule follow up phone calls, order office supplies

Communicates proactively with the campus teams and parent community in a warm, personable and friendly manner reflective of the Brand

Schedules online enrollment assistance sessions and ensures campus staff is trained and available to answer parent questions

Resolves and/or escalates enrollment issues in a timely manner to the Director, Operations and makes constructive suggestions for change and improvement

Other duties may be assigned.

You thrive when you have multiple challenges on your plate

Successful experience in Parent Communication and Parent Engagement

You like meeting new people, you are enthusiastic, and you have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent planning and logistic skills

Ability to work flexible days and hours (business hours are Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm and occasional events outside these times)

Strong customer service skills, along with being customer tolerant

Must be comfortable with up-selling

Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, discreet and respectful manner

Prior experience with a CRM is required

Must have ability and willingness to learn new software applications required in connection with job responsibilities
