Kids st Fun House Hiring for Lead Teacher, Young 5 Job at Midland, MI Full Time

We are seeking a lead teacher for a small private Young 5 Classroom in the Midland area. There are 12-14 children ages 4 – 5 years of age enrolled in the classroom. The Lead teacher is assisted by a part-time teacher assistant. The classroom operates within a before & after school building but remains separate throughout the day.
Our lead teacher is expected to build healthy relationships with the children and their parents, oversee the teacher assistant, write and deliver weekly lesson plans focused on kindergarten readiness, establish and maintain an age appropriate schedule, communicate effectively with parents via current technology, complete child development assessments for each child using Teaching Strategies Gold and host two parent-teacher conferences before year end.
An Education degree is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29,000.00 – $31,000.00 per year
