Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy is on the lookout for a Center Director to grow our location in Flower Mound, TX.

· Must be a qualified/licensed director in the State of Texas and have a prior experience in a management role at an early learning center or preschool. Our Directors plan, organize, direct, control, and ensure outstanding customer service for families, staff, and guests that walk into our facilities on a daily basis.

· Have a strong foundation in early childhood education curriculum. A team player and a leader, demonstrating the ability to lead the staff and cultivate a positive work environment. Passionate about early childhood education and shaping young minds in our care as well as demonstrated ability to increase student enrollment.

Pay will be based on experience.
