Is this you?

• You always have the neatest ideas and get excited about fostering children’s learning and development through fun and enriching experiences in the classroom.
• You have a knack for earning favor with kids. You build relationships with children through consistency and routine and children know they can trust you.
• You have formal education in early childhood or a closely related field. This is a federal requirement for our program. We can help you get there if you aren’t there yet.

After one year, you will know you are successful if:

• You have used your experience teaching to prepare the children in your classroom for kindergarten. They leave with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes they need to be successful in school and life.
