What we’d love to see about you:

• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Correspond professionally through phone and email
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects at a time
• Able to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to use Microsoft programs
• Background in Early Childhood Education is an asset
• Provide support to the Director of Enrollment and National Client Services Manager

Envision yourself:

• Calling new start families for quality assurance and feedback
• Tracking centre tours, provide follow up, ask for feedback and send registration details
• Answering parent questions and concerns via phone or email
• Compiling all location weekly reports to condense and bring to Director of Enrolment
• Managing emails and child registrations for new centres
• Attending baby shows to spread the word about Kids & Company, answer parent questions, organize giveaways and follow up with the winners
