Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Reporting Analyst to create operational reporting, visualization, and metrics for our TA community of excellence and TA Operations teams. To be successful in this role we are looking for a strong collaborator to develop, maintain and continuously improve reporting processes, ensuring sustainability, efficiency, and a strong user experience. You will consult TA leaders and recruiters on the possibilities within our data landscape, and partner with our Development and Engineering team to ensure our TA Data Warehouse is consuming the appropriate data. Additionally, you will continuously review the report and data requirements and determine the best technology solution, output format, and distribution method.
Who you will work with:
You will report to the TA Reporting & Automation Manager and be a part of the HR Services, Operations, and Analytics (HRSOA) organization. The Talent Acquisition Reporting Analyst will be partnering across our reporting team and supporting priorities. You will also collaborate with extended stakeholders across the company, including HR Operations, Talent Operations, People Analytics, Legal & Compliance, Global Technology – including HR Tech, and Finance to name a few.
