KeystoneCare Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Wyndmoor, PA Full Time

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all recruiting initiatives from initial candidate inquiry and screening to appointment confirmations and successful hiring efforts
• Manage Job Requisitions and Advertising
• Perform sourcing tasks utilizing innovative and established practices, including networking, direct sourcing, social media, referrals, online publications, reverse database searches, and other electronic platforms
• Recruit and obtain candidates interest with a sense of urgency (attract a diverse pool through a positive, seamless, and engaging interview process)
• Ensure timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and hiring manager
• Demonstrates knowledge of both internal client needs and external markets/competition
• Consult with Sr. Leadership and hiring managers on all vacancies and present appropriate CV’s for further review/evaluation, serving as a liaison between candidates and all departments
• Conduct reference checks, background checks, pre-employment testing, and assist with license verifications as needed
• Assist with new hire onboarding process
• Contribute to the planning and execution of all recruitment related activities and partner with HR Director to create and execute strategic recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of KeystoneCare
• Create on-target job advertisements that will produce a strong candidate pool while ensuring appropriate job locations are desirable for candidates
• Organize, lead, and document post interview debrief/feedback information with interview teams and candidates
• Create procedures and protocols that are aligned with advanced recruitment efforts/strategy
• Provide ongoing analytical reporting on recruiting efforts and trends, and continuously improve the talent acquisition process to meet the changing needs of the business and provide best-in-class recruitment support
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources preferred
• 2+ years of recruitment in a Healthcare setting
• Prior experience with Social Media based recruitment a plus
• Prior experience and proficiency working with an Applicant Tracking or Candidate Management System required
• Strong client management skills, including demonstrated success interacting with both internal and external customers and effective at developing relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
• Ability to work effectively in a highly dynamic changing environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and willingness to receive future vaccinations as directed
