Opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a financial investment firm in a fun flexible environment!

Summary:
The purpose of this position is to assist in smooth day-to-day operations of the firm while providing superior customer service to the firm’s prospects, clients, and team members. The position requires employee to perform general service work such as incoming calls, outgoing mailings, welcoming clients to the office, and assisting the Keystone team.

JOB DUTIES:

• Answer the phones in a friendly, warm manner with the ability to answer questions or directing inquiries to the correct team member
• Assist with copying or scanning as requested by the team
• Mail outgoing correspondence for service requests
• Greet incoming clients and prospective clients in a professional manner when needed, be sure each guest has a full client experience
• Run office errands as necessary
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Process paperwork as needed for advisors
• Assist advisory team and paraplanner with projects and tasks as needed
• Schedule appointments for clients
