Keystone Community Resources Hiring for Recruiter Full Time

The Human Resources Recruiter assists the business by interviewing and hiring qualified individuals. This position requires knowledge of available positions and an understanding of Beacon’s organizational structure. This role is a mainly remote position with some travel required. The ideal candidate will be an independent, self-motivated individual with strong decision making skills. Some of the core job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reviews resumes and applications.
• Schedules and conducts phone interviews, makes offers, and schedules orientation.
• Attends career fairs and hosts in house job fairs
• Fields phone call from potential applicants
• Completes all new hire paperwork, completes background checks.
• Verifies eligibility of new hire prior to attending orientation (i.e.: drug test and physical results).
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employment.
• Assists in evaluation of s, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
• Assists with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management with at least one year of experience or an Associate’s degree with one to two years of experience in HR/Recruiting and talent management field
• Requires exceptional oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and superior listening skills
• Typing and electronic filing skills, ability to use Microsoft Office, HRIS system(s), DocuSign

Job Type

• Full Time, work week is Monday through Friday, either 8am to 4 pm or 9am to 5pm and includes a paid one hour lunch period.
