Overview

The Keypath People & Communications Team is driven by our vision “by empowering our people and amplifying our Keypath voice, we enable Keypathers to transform education”.

A key member of the People & Communication Leadership Team, Global Head of Talent Acquisition (Global Head of TA) is responsible for developing, operationalize and executing a global talent acquisition strategy to attract the best talent into Keypath Education to achieve our vision and strategic goals.

The Global Head of TA will lead and coach a talented, regionally deployed talent acquisition team to deliver world class experience to our candidates and our people leaders.

Reporting to the Global Chief People & Communications Officer, the role will collaborate and partner with the Global People & Communications Leadership Team to ensure alignment, connection, consistency, and joint accountability across our team.

The role will partner closely with Regional Senior Leadership Teams to ensure alignment of talent attraction strategies with Regional Strategy & priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy for Keypath Education that supports our strategic ambition to be the talent destination in EdTech globally and delivery of key business outcomes.
• Define and execute a multi-year, end-to-end recruitment roadmap to create an amazing candidate and hiring manager experience, inclusive of technology roadmap for automation and efficiency.
• Inspire, lead, and develop a globally spread Talent acquisition team with a focus on creating trusted and valued people service to our leaders and an amazing, consistent candidate experience.
• Drive a data-driven approach creating and analysing metrics associated with key areas of talent acquisition to provide analysis and reporting to the Chief People & Communications Officer & Executive Team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; adjust talent acquisition strategies, programs, policies, and processes to meet ever-changing needs of the business.
• Drive the continued innovation, process improvement of recruitment practices ensuring that our model and execution continuously improves in terms of it is efficiency, effectiveness, and experience to ensure we attract the best talent in market.
• In partnership with the Regional senior leadership and executive teams, create talent acquisition strategies reflective of business strategy, internal talent landscape, talent demand and forecasting.
• Collaborate with the Global Communications & Brand team to develop and drive a compelling employment brand into the market through an omni-channel approach for Keypath Education as an employer of choice across channels.
• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies designed to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring adoption of inclusive recruitment practices across the entire process.
• Proactively monitor industry dynamics and market trends and anticipate how these trends will impact Keypath’s ability to acquire talent, providing expert insights, strategies, and recommendations.
• Proactively manage external partnerships with recruitment process outsourced partners and additional third-party suppliers, ensuring the right balance of internal and external resourcing.
• Ensure that recruiting and employment practices are fully compliant with respective country/ local laws.

Experience

• A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in progressively responsible talent acquisition/recruitment leadership roles.
• Proven experience in leading globally diverse teams, ideally in an inhouse environment.
• Proven track record of success in implementing & innovating talent acquisition strategies that attract and recruit a high performing, diverse and global workforce, including looking at innovative technologies and approaches to addressing emerging talent markets.
• Demonstrated experience building and leveraging a compelling employment brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
• High level of business acumen and proven effectiveness in proactively working directly with executives to provide alignment of talent acquisition with organizational strategy.
• Proven experience operating in a hyper growth environment where building processes and enhancement of existing processes is needed to scale.
• Excellent consultative, leadership, interpersonal/influencing skills, including the ability to build rapport, coach, and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proven leader in leveraging external thinking & practices to shape and drive change.
• Successfully operated in a matrix organisational structure with the ability to navigate through complexity
