KeyDirect.ca is Looking for Automotive E-commerce business – Customer Support & fulfillment Associate Full Time

Our automotive e-commerce warehouse is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Fulfillment Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day fulfillment operations in the warehouse, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day fulfillment operations, including processing online orders, fulfilling them, and shipping them.
• Answer phone calls and email inquiries about stock and order status, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate with customers regarding order fulfillment status and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Receive shipments and organize them in the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the facility, taking on other tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer support or fulfillment roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and shipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
