AccountManager promotes and sells a portfolio of products and/orservices directly to current and new customers. Responsible forSales planning and management, conduct store visit, Accountengagement, execution of sales strategies and managing 3rd partypartners.

This is an IC roleand reports to CCEO and is the SPOC for PGHL when dealing with 3rdparty businesspartners.

Howsuccess looks like

• Functionalperformance – Work with 3rd party partners, draw businessplans, discuss strategy implementations to deliver business growth.To monitor ,coach ,guide the 3rd party supervisor/sellers’ team forseamless execution in themarket.

• Revenueand profits – Build & align customer plans to helpgrow the business. Identify key opportunities ,growth drivers andbusiness priorities to achieve business goals and close potentialgaps.
• Ensure contract compliance and informSales Manager of progress with action plan to addressnon-compliance, if any.
• Monitor salesperformance, assortment compliance particularly for new products,promo SKUs on a month to date basis and take appropriate and timelyaction to drive growth and implement plans.
• Todrive SD -Seller team for collection of retailing data from AS& also collect weekly monthly orders from theAS
• To deliver monthly Sell in & Sell outtargets
• Time-basedperformance – To ensure that the SD is scoring on allimportant parameters on a monthly basis and is 100% on staffing,following inventory norms and is adhering to stewardship andcompliance guidelines.
• Employeegrowth – To successfully drive the SD-businessmodel

• Conducting monthly Joint business planwith the SD partner
• Oversee implementationmetrics of team like callage /coverage
• Properdownload of monthly schemes /offers to AS
• 100%implementation of Assets at the stores
• Dailymarket visits / visit to semis / AS
