Do you want to make a real difference? If so, this could be the opportunity for you. We have an exciting opportunity in our People Services Team for a Band 5 HR Adviser for a fixed period until 31 March 2023.
This role will primarily provide support to transformational change programmes across the Group and will be working with a HR Business Partner. The role will include but not limited to advising on AFC job matching, undertaking job matching / desk-top job matching, supporting with the preparation of documentation for transformational change programmes, providing advice and guidance and attending consultation meetings with managers. You will be need to be NHS Job Evaluation Scheme trained and experienced in working with the Scheme. You will also have experience in providing HR Adviser support to transformational change programmes.
