Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Hiring for Finance Analyst – Technical and Capital Job at Kettering, England Full Time

Kettering General Hospital is looking for a Finance Analyst to join the Financial Services Team. The post holder will support the Deputy Head of Financial Services with technical tasks such as Control Accounts, Stock Reconciliations and Salary Sacrifice schemes, and the Capital Finance Performance Manager in supporting our Asset Register and accurately reporting and accounting for the extensive capital programme in the Trust.

The Financial Services Team based in Kettering has a head count of 20 across Purchase / Sales Ledgers, Cashiers and Management. It is a friendly and focused team, striving to maximise efficiencies where possible.

The post holder will be expected to support the Head of Financial Services and Capital Finance Performance Manager to provide robust monthly reporting, variance analysis and regular provision of forecasts, enabling an effective service to be provided to the managers and executives within the Trust.

You will be required to be an expert user of excel with strong analytical skills. Previous experience and or knowledge of Control Accounts, Salary Sacrifice Schemes and Capital Accounting would be an advantage.

Good interpersonal and communication, especially verbal skills, are essential with an ability to work as part of a team.
