Job purpose

The primary responsibility of the Account Manager (AM) is to drive revenue in existing accounts/portfolio. The AM is responsible for the successful development and management of a portfolio of clients at a corporate level. This role is key to client retention and upselling, while working across all Keter departments, including Finance, Legal, Operations, and Sales. The AM ensures a positive client experience through activities such as delivery and explanation of performance ing, partnering with the client to roadmap sustainability goals, resolving escalated service delivery concerns, and advocating internally for client needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing the customer quarterly and annual financials to Keter (spend reduction), ESG initiatives, competitive landscape, and industry trends to help the customer reach their ESG and diversion goals.
• Responsible for maintaining and growing their portfolio (like verticals accounts) along with renewals.
• Owns the overall customer experience and relationship. They are the “CEO” of the account.
• Works closely with the Client Service Manager (CSM) during escalations.
• Coordinate and execute quarterly business reviews (QBR).. Brings in the POD (CSM, RM, VPoO) for QBR meetings and other high-level initiatives to showcase Keter teamwork.
• Builds high level relationships throughout the client organization (Outings, lunches, etc.).
• Focuses on KPIs to drive activity: 10 meetings per week, x $ in pipeline, x $ in renewals, etc.
• Serves as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
• Builds and strengthen client relationships to achieve long term partnerships.
• Maintains accurate client records, keeping track of contract updates and renewals.
• Works with sales and operational teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPI’s are met.
• Develops a thorough understanding of the Keter product, services, and overall sustainability goals to better upsell and cross sell to clients.
• Handles escalations and requests from customers to address their needs.
• Stays on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget, long term account plan, and overall sustainability needs.
• Meets regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
• Generates progress s for clients and senior leaders in the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma and professional experience will be highly considered.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in sales, account management or similar role is required.
• Analytical and sales focused
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce
