JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure employer brand awareness and successful talent acquisition across the organization in support of the mission, core values, standards and goals established by the company.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for all properties within the company’s portfolio.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following :
Recruitment Strategy & Tactics
Responsible for direct Full-Lifecycle Recruitment of assigned hourly and exempt level positionsAssists with execution, adoption and sustainment of ongoing recruitment strategies and solutions
College Recruiting Relationship Management
Employer Branding & Marketing
Applicant Tracking System Administrator
