We are in search of a creative, loving, and high-energy lead pre-School pre-K teachers with background in Reggio inspired practices.

Kesher is a community based Jewish Learning Center, with a strong foundation in social action, social justice, and the arts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Caring for students of a varying needs, backgrounds and developmental levels.
- Using a Trauma-informed teaching approach.
- Classroom design, organization, management and upkeep.
- Team teaching and coaching staff new to the field of Early Childhood Education.
- Facilitating outdoor play in our urban setting and throughout the neighborhood.
- Maintaining and contributing the health, safety and cleanliness of your classroom and shared spaces.
- Parent outreach and communication including conferences, documenting student work/development and planning/participating in 1-2 community events per year.
- Attending team and school-wide staff meetings monthly.
- Ongoing professional development and attention to best practices and growth in the field of Early childhood Education.
