So what will I be doing?

• You will be seen as a true expert in Talent Acquisition, consistently delivering quality and diverse talent that builds and strengthens our future talent pipeline.

• You will lead a team through key employee moments that matter including hiring, onboarding, regular 1:1’s, talent processes, performance reviews and goal setting

• You will be responsible for recruitment delivery across Europe, ensuring volume and salaried hiring is delivered to meet the highest candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience with Kerry positioned as the the first choice for top talent

• You will personally own senior level hiring ensuring critical hires are delivered in line with strategic and social sustainability objectives

• You will act as the 1st point of escalation and nurturing close working relationships with leaders and HRBPs

• You will drivie Talent Acquisition SLAs with Employee and Candidate Experience front of mind

• You will oversee the preparation of key reports for GBS partnership relationship management governance model to drive business outcomes with a regular meeting cadence reporting on and presenting daily, weekly and monthly data to key business stakeholders

• You will work collaboratively with wider GBS team leaders, COEs and HRBPs to ensure an aligned approach and seamless way of working as one HR is in place

• You will create and maintain a culture of Continuous Excellence across your team by enabling an environment of continued growth and development and implementing continuous excellence tools

What do I need to be successful?

In Kerry we understand that people have very different career trajectories and experiences. In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in Talent Acquisition Leadership (we welcome candidates with leadership experience from a recruitment agency, RPO or inhouse recruitment background)

• Being highly business aware with confidence to make commercially sound decisions

• Being able to lead, coach, develop and inspire a talented team of Talent Acquisition professionals who are co-located

• Being pro-active in your approach to stakeholder partnerships and pragmatic dealing with escalations to ensure a win:win outcome for all

• Being relentless in your pursuit of better candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience.

• Highly driven and motivated to deliver with an understanding of cultural differences and the ability to build relationships across different geographies and timezones

• This role is covering our Europe region and our business language is English. Any additional language skills would be hugely beneficial.
