KerberRose is seeking an outgoing, people-focused individual to support us in attracting quality talent, building and maintaining client relationships, and facilitating all phases of the recruitment process.

This position focuses on both mid-level to senior-level recruiting internally as well as campus recruiting and entry-level recruiting.

This position is available in the following locations : Green Bay, Appleton, Shawano or Stevens Point, WI.

Responsibilities :

• Understand internal staffing needs with continuous communication and detailed note-taking.
• Manage the campus recruiting for KerberRose – attend college career fairs and other recruiting events.
• Write creative job postings and publish to online job sites, social media, etc.
• Communicate with candidates for scheduling of phone, in-person and video interviews; updates on process; offer letters; and starting details.
• Conduct phone interviews for pre-screening of candidates.
• Proactively source applicants through resume databases, social media outlets, corporate business resource groups, and other recruitment sources.
• Focus on multi-level recruiting, intern, associate, senior and manager level candidates within accounting, tax, audit, wealth management, human resources, IT, payroll and marketing.
• Utilize Paylocity HRIS to manage and contact candidates.
• Make sound, legitimate and lawful decisions about hirability of each person interviewed.
• Support the internal recruiting process & lead onboarding sessions.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing
• Knowledge of Human Resources policy and procedure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working with people.
• Prior recruiting or consulting experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of business preferred to help support our clients
