Kent Security Hiring for Talent Manager Job at North Miami, FL Full Time

Hiring a Talent Manager with a proven track record of managing the full recruitment cycle to attract and hire security and janitorial candidates. This individual will be responsible for sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and increasing presence in social media platforms for recruitment purposes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates from various online channels.
• Create recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring manager(s) to determine staffing needs and allocate recruitment resources in strategic locations.
• Collect and screen resumes, select potential candidates and provide short list of candidates to hiring manager for interview.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to Recruiters and Operation staff in all markets.
• Interview candidates via phone or video call.
• Advertise job openings for all Kent divisions in our career page, job boards and social media in coordination with Marketing.
• Explores new recruitment channels and give recommendations.
• Send thank you note also known as candidate rejection letter to unsuccessful candidates.
• Responsible for the maintenance of recruitment database (Applicant Tracking System).
• Attend local job fairs, colleges, universities, networking events, etc. to actively recruit applicants.
• Develop and maintain relationship with technical schools, colleges, alumni groups, military sources, and diversity organizations to find and attract candidates.
• Monitor key HR metrics such as source of hire.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assign.

Qualifications:

• One (1) years of full-life-cycle recruiting
• At least one year of hands-on sourcing experience
• Detail oriented
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Discreet, able to maintain confidential information

Pay: $40,864.00 – $122,805.00 per year
