So here’s the deal, if you have some recruitment experience fantastic. We expect great ideas, problem solving, efficiencies and small miracles. If you don’t have recruitment experience then we are happy to show you the ropes and then let you fly free to conquer the world of talent acquisition. This is a full time permanent position within our team, it is critical in terms of supporting the branch network. In particular our blue collar roles we need now and into the peak period. The following is just a sample of the responsibilities this role will have:

• Support Leaders to execute the recruitment process end to end by effectively utilising the existing process, systems and tools.
• Build pipelines and talent pools for future roles ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and speed.
• Create and implement tailored sourcing strategies that require end-to-end recruitment process to meet particular staffing needs (busy period).
• Create job advertisements, provide advice on suitable placement, place and monitor advertisements and coordinate interviews.

Bascially you will support where needed, facilitate our processes where needed, get tough on people where needed. We want you to sell Kent, the branch, our management and the team to potential candidates so that we can continue to grow and have wonderful people in our organisation. You’ll need to be highly efficient with entering data, attention to detail is a must and your communication via email or phone is second to none. Like Oprah we want you firing out emails and phone calls to get in contact with people, get Kent on their radar and get them closer to being hired.

This role is starting at 65k and is dependent on experience as we are happy to take on a go-getter who is new to this area. The idea is to train and develop and progress their capabilities because this team has no intention of getting smaller.

This role is flexible, that means if you want to work remotely full time, go right ahead. You feel like a day in the office and having some human contact, we got you.
