KCHFT has signed up to be a real UK living wage employer. This means from 1 April 2021, the minimum salary we will pay is £9.90 per hour (excluding apprentices).
The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by more than 7,000 UK businesses that believe their staff deserve a wage which meets every day needs – like the weekly shop, or a surprise trip to the dentist.
Making a commitment to paying the real UK Living Wage is in alignment with our values into action approach.
