Kenneth Brian Associates Hiring for Finance Manager – Fully Remote or Hybrid Job at Remote Full Time

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well respected company based in Sutton looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their busy finance team. The role is very flexible and can be offered as office based, hybrid or fully remote. The ideal candidate will have a experience in a similar role.

KEY TASKS:

· Full Sales Ledger management

· Preparation of all monthly financial reports, including cash flow forecast and revenue reconciliation

· Review and approve daily and weekly supply chain payments and reporting

· Managing supplier payment communication

· Prepare quarterly VAT returns

· Work with project managers ensuring proper compliance with accounting procedures including reviewing and analysing job cost estimates and reports monthly / as required.

· Raise invoices and credit notes

· Record BACS receipts

· Reconcile client accounts

· Review and submission of monthly CIS returns

· Resolve any issues identified with supplier and client accounts

· Perform financial credit checks on subcontractors

· Setting up new projects and investigating the project variances

· Prepare special reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information and trends

STRATEGIC INITIATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating as well as improving new accounting/operations procedures to prepare and manage rapidly growing entity and the evolving business structure.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners including banks, title companies, etc. that will support and grow the business

• Providing strategic advice and guidance on future group investment plans

ESSENTIAL:

• Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting

• 2 years minimum experience in Construction Management or General Contracting or Subcontractor industry experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
