This role will be based at our US headquarters in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing, competitive law firm with a diversified global practice.

Team

Kennedys Finance team support the Firm globally producing timely and accurate financial and management information, reporting solutions and operational support to maintain the high standard of service offered to the Firm’s internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Billing Specialist with invoice retrieval and disbursement backup
• Uploading budgets to vendor websites when needed.
• Respond to general inquiries, conduct research and compile data
• Check ebilling platforms for missing matters and add matters for the billing specialist
• Prepare reports using Excel spreadsheets

Required experience

• Previous law firm experience and e-billing experience is a must.
• Strong Excel skills
• Working knowledge of Elite Legal Billing System and/or LEDES is a plus!
