KennedyPearce Consulting Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialists at London Full Time

My client, an innovative Fintech company is looking for Talent Acquisition Specialists to join this busy Recruitment Team.

As an experienced Recruiter you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and recruit for all stakeholders across the business and be responsible for the full recruitment cycle end to end activity for the business

The key accountabilities are as follows:
Collaborate with business function managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions.

Providing a best in class experience to all candidates who engage with our client; answering questions, arranging interviews, managing communication, and providing a clear status update for all candidates.

Supporting the direct sourcing model through candidate generation.

Using the ATS to create management information and recruitment data for hiring managers.

Ensuring that all recruitment activity is tracked through the recruitment management system.

Gain an in-depth understanding of the business functions and provide proactive solutions to ensure talent acquisition KPI’s and SLA’s are met.

Managing high volume interview scheduling through engagement with both candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

Work on Continuous Process Improvement projects in the talent acquisition function.

Assisting with the onboarding process.

Managing job postings.

Candidate application screening.

Talent pooling and talent segmentation.

Experience required

Inhouse Recruitment experience is essential for this role as you will need to come in and hit the ground running in this busy team

Preferably you will have corporate experience

Tech and Finance experience is desirable t

Previous 360 recruitment experience is essential

Project Management experience is desirable

Experience in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word and strong computer skills

Experience of using an ATS system (Greenhouse is preferred)

Fluent English (written and spoken) / German (written and spoken) is desirable

Start Date: Immediate

Hourly Pay Rate: £20.00 – £23.00 (PAYE)

Hybrid Working (Office located London Paddington)

Duration: 2/3 month interim cover whilst recruiting or Temp poss Perm (Salary based on £35k – £40K)
