Expanding Organisation are currently seeking a Qualified Financial Accountant to join their business on the permanent side. Reporting into the Head of Finance the Financial Accountant would require excellent attention to detail and would be highly motivated.


Duties of the Financial Accountant include:

  • Review and manage statutory accounts and corporate tax returns
  • Prepare statutory accounts using UK GAAP
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
  • Preparation of monthly financial performance statements
  • Forecast costs and revenues
  • Manage tax payments
  • Perform month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare tax computations
  • Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
  • Ad hoc projects


Requires for the Financial Accountant Include:

  • ACCA or ACA Qualified
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant accounting and reporting standards
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
