The Role
As an Talent Acquisition Consultant, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Effectively manage recruitment for all operations divisions (Customer Service, Claims and World Travel Protection)
• Drafting and posting job advertisements through the HRIS and other job boards
• Sending onboarding documents to new starters
• Preparing, managing and storing paperwork for recruitment activities and procedures
• Creating and proof-reading position descriptions, providing relevant materials to hiring managers and editing prior to sharing with prospective candidates

You
To be successful in this role you will have:

• A minimum of 2-year Recruitment Experience Essential (open to an agency or in-house recruitment)
• Experience working with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or SEEK
• A strong sense of initiative and the ability to follow the process
• Ability to multi-task
• A positive, can-do attitude!
