o Works closely with managers to ensure understanding of applicant requirements and qualifications
o Evaluates applicants and collaborates with managers during the interview process
o Communicates and emphasizes the value of the Company’s compensation and benefits package
o Works closely with managers and applicants to ensure hiring process is efficient, effective and consistent
o Responsible for employee life-cycle activities such as onboarding, transfer, promotions, and exit interviews
o Counsels managers, supervisors and employees on HR policies, coaching opportunities, performance management and other work-related issues
o Assists supervisor with developing employee engagement strategies and implementing employee engagement action plans
o Conducts exit interviews, obtains feedback from new hires and assists with implementing rewards and recognition plans
o Assists with enhancing organization attractiveness by recommending new practices which emphasize our robust compensation and benefits package
o Proactively sources candidates through online advertising, local high schools/colleges, online databases, social media and job fairs
o Proactively sources, develops and maintains ongoing relationships with a highly qualified and diverse network of prospective talent
o Leverages recruitment technology platforms to optimize, enhance and continuously improve the recruitment process
