Scope of Work

Under the general supervision of the Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for talent acquisition and employee lifecycle activities of non-management Customer Delivery positions while marketing the organization as an employer of choice. They will also be responsible for implementing talent acquisition initiatives, nurturing relationships with prospective talent, and managing on-going relationships with future applicants, employment agencies and educational institutions. An upbeat and positive attitude, collaborative spirit and strong customer service orientation are critical to success in this role.

Essential Functions (3):

• Responsible for designated talent acquisition activities:
• Works closely with managers to ensure understanding of applicant requirements and qualifications
• Evaluates applicants and collaborates with managers during the interview process
• Communicates and emphasizes the value of the Company’s compensation and benefits package
• Works closely with managers and applicants to ensure hiring process is efficient, effective and consistent
• Responsible for marketing the organization as an employer of choice:
• Assists with enhancing organization attractiveness by recommending new practices to emphasize our robust compensation and benefits package
• Proactively sources candidates through online advertising, local high schools/colleges, online databases, social media and job fairs
• Proactively sources, develops and maintains ongoing relationships with a highly qualified and diverse network of prospective talent
• Leverages recruitment technology platforms to optimize, enhance and continuously improve the recruitment process
• Responsible for designated employee life cycle activities:
• Responsible for employee life-cycle activities such as onboarding, transfers, and promotions
• Assists supervisor with conducting exit interviews, obtaining feedback from new hires and implementing rewards and recognition plans

• Responsible for completing required training and policy review
• May serve on various committees

• Current knowledge of Human Resources employment laws and recruiting best practices
• Strong background in managing recruitment and retention activities
• Displays high level of regard for trust and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Displays strong written and verbal communication skills
• Displays strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task to meet established deadlines
• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Effectively uses analytical skills to solve technical, as well as, non-technical problems
• Prior knowledge of regulations within the financial services industry is preferred
• Ability to adapt to change

Desired Experience & Education

• 2+ years of related experience in managing recruitment and retention activities
• Experience in a professional, service focused and fast-paced environment
• High school or General Education Diploma

Working Conditions/Minimum Physical Requirements

• Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer and other office equipment
• Lifting and moving of moderately heavy objects on occasion
• Normally seated for extended periods of time
