Position Overview:
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual to join the team at our beautiful home office! The Facilities Specialist will report to the Facilities Manager and positively represent the brand while creating cross functional partnerships with vendors and home office employees. The primary responsibility of the Facilities Specialist is to aid in all aspects of general office coordination and facilities requests.

Facilities:
• Oversee all aspects of general facilities coordination and needs.
• Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors regarding office repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain, reconcile, and follow-up with users regarding facilities and office service requests.
• Participate in moves/reconfigurations and work with contract movers as needed.
• Perform responsibilities within the established policies and standard procedures.

Office Services:
• Oversee all aspects of general office coordination
• Coordinate meeting and training room requests, including room set-up.
• Maintain inventory requirements for office supplies to ensure that ordering of such products is done in a consistent manner.
• Distribute in-house mail, UPS/FedEx packages.
• Replace bulbs in chandeliers around the office
• When needed, fill in for the receptionist and perform all receptionist responsibilities such as answering phones and greeting guests.
• Maintain excellent relationships with all internal and external customers
• Help coordinate office events.
