Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of materials and documents to customers and stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service.
In this position you are required to represent Watson Security / KENDELL professionally. This position requires the ability to pass a MVR to be insured under KENDELL’s insurance policy.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities : 1. Perform Delivery activities efficiently and safely Conduct vehicle inspections before departing to deliver materialsPack and load construction materials on to trucks according to company specificationsUnload materials on site in designated areas specified by the customers / clientsDeliver to designated sites including : job sites, construction zones, drop off sites, and other KENDELL facilitiesReview deliveries with customers to ensure materials / orders are accurate and not damagedMaintain communication between internal staff and customersCommunicate with internal and external staff to problem solve any discrepancies with shipmentsCommunicate schedules and delays to customer / clients and internal staffObtain delivery confirmations form each customer / client 2.
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and other company property Ensure all routine maintenance is completed timely and any problems with vehicle are immediately ed to the Warehouse Lead and / or Production ManagerOperate vehicles, tools and equipment for intended use onlyFollow Organization and Policies and all KENDELL and jobsite / onsite safety policiesOperate safety equipment and use safe work habits;

Good communication and comprehension skillsMust possess a positive and professional attitude and provide superior customer experienceAbility to follow written and verbal instructions and work independentlyNo recent moving or driving violations (per Kendell’s driving policy)Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.
Physical Strength – The ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted and heavier weights with assistanceOSHA10 Certification (certification can be received after hire) Working Conditions : Outdoor, Indoor, at client / customer facilities.
