Kendall Plumbing and Rooter Hiring for Dispatcher/Office Assistant Full Time

Job Duties

• Answer incoming customer service calls.
• Dispatch 6 service technicians.
• Enter invoices into QuickBooks.
• Accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare bi-weekly ADP payroll.
• Maintain daily and weekly service call schedule.
• Prepare weekly deposits.
• Run daily credit card payments.

Requirements

• Friendly and pleasant phone communication skills.
• Good customer communication.
• Solid work ethic.
• Ability to use maps/cross roads.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently at times.
• Proficient in QuickBooks a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• Meet back ground check requirements.
