Establish and implement operational procedures for housekeeping department
Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas
Supervise staff
Maintain financial records
Prepare budgets and payrolls
Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff
Hire and dismiss staff
Respond to complaints of guests
