Currently, we are hiring a Service Advisor at Ken Waschke Auto Plaza.

As a Service Advisor you are fostering relationships with customers. Combining your exceptional people skills with your ability to multi-task. You’ll manage customer relationships and frequently serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

RESPONSIBILITIES, include but not limited to:

• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
• Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales & execute retail promotions.
• Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers’ vehicle including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times.
• Oversee and participate in quality control.
• Submitting warranty claims to manufacturer and third party warranty companies.

Qualifications and Skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience working as a Service Advisor/Writer (preferred not required)
• Previous experience working in a Dealership or vehicle repair shop (preferred not required)
• Previous experience submitting warranty claims (preferred not required)
• Must have exceptional verbal, written, and computer skills
• Must have a friendly up-beat attitude and be a team player
• Must have a professional attitude and appearance
• Must have a strong customer service mentality
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must have a willingness to learn
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
