Our client based in Brighton is seeking an enthusiastic and well organised HR Assistant to join their busy HR team. The successful candidate would ideally have experience of working within an HR environment, have good administrative and communication skills, accurate and consistent attention to detail and a positive and flexible approach to work.
The duties of this role include HR and recruitment administration, responding to general staff queries, data input, inductions, HR reporting and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
The successful candidate would have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and experience with HR & Payroll software would be an advantage.
Predominantly onsite
Full time, term time/full year (negotiable)
Band 3 – £20,126 – £22,254 per annum (pro rata)
