Kelta HR Hiring for HR Assistant at Haywards Heath Full Time

Our client on the outskirts of Haywards Heath is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join the Human Resources Team. This role will be reporting to the Director of People, and work with the HR Team in the provision of effective HR management.

Key Responsibilities Would Include But Are Not Limited To

• Assist the HR Admin Assistant in ensuring all employee data and personnel files are secure, accurate and up-to date.
• To support the Recruitment Team with recruitment administration
• Produce general HR correspondence as required.
• To support the HR Admin Assistant with monthly absence reporting and payroll
• Work with the HR Systems Coordinator and HR Admin Assistant to maintain records
• To provide day to day support for the HR and Compliance Manager undertaking sickness review meetings, Inductions, investigatory meetings etc.
• Act as first point of contact on routine staff policies and procedures

The successful candidate will ideally have 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy HR department and hold or be working towards a CIPD qualification. Previous experience of using CIPHR would be advantageous.

Salay £22,000 – £24,000

Own transport is essential due to the location.
