HR Administrator – Permanent – Term time only – Brighton area

If you are an experienced HR Administrator used to supporting the full employee lifecycle and you are looking for a role that is term time only then this HR Administration role could be for you.

The position of HR Adminitrator is to support the HR Partner across 2 school sites, close to Brighton. It combines both comprehensive administration support to the School and wider Trust, alongside managing the HR inbox, administrating the recruitment process, the onboarding and co-ordinating inductions.

As HR Administrator you will also be involved in documenting sickness and absence, keep the HR database up to date with starters and leavers to ensure the monthly payroll details are logged and updated. You will also have the opportunity to assist in minute taking and case work preparation.

A CIPD level 3 qualification is desireable. The ability to maintain accurate and uptodate records ideally on a HR database is essential.

The role is to start at the end of August 2021. The role is to be based 2 days at each site and 1 day working from home.
